This is a story that started more 25 years ago in the city of San Miguel el Alto, Jalisco, Esther Hernandez (my Aunt) started a small business dedicated to one of her passions “the couture” with the intention to make high quality baptism attire (as well as bring up our family) she opened a small workshop near downtown of San Miguel el Alto, a city with the reputation of textile business.

Since then, we have dedicated to making high-quality Christening and Baptism Outfits as well as accessories, dedicating special attention to every detail, with a lot of love and care.

Be sure that you will find a handmade item, with high quality and good vibes that are transmitting from our small workshop.

Our Boutique is located in San Miguel el Alto, inside the mall "Plaza del Vestido".

1. Eligibility for Exchanges: We accept exchanges for products within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we regret that we cannot process any exchanges.

  • Provide your order number, the specific product you wish to exchange, and a brief description of the reason for the exchange.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the necessary steps.

3. Conditions for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and promotional items must be included.
  • The product must not show signs of wear, alterations, or tampering.

4. Return Shipping: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels. You are welcome to choose the shipping method of your preference for sending the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

5. Exchange Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product and it is inspected for eligibility, we will process the exchange within 3 business days. The replacement product will be sent to you using the shipping method selected during the exchange process.

6. Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
